"Felt is the OC of Rigune and I have been intrigued with him. I just love guys with eye patches!! It makes them look cool!~ >_< waaaaaah!  But I actually decided to make him reaching out to the sunflowers because he actually loved it despite him being associated with the black market and doing illegal things.. well, at least there's a part of him that is innocent**"
